My clinical approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

I strive to create an environment that is accepting, caring, and safe, and I believe that counseling should be interactive and best viewed as a collaborative venture wherein clients feel free to express themselves, are guided in determining achievable goals, and are assisted in finding more adaptable ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving which lead to a more harmonious and satisfying life.
